On Haze Control of Local Governments from the Perspective of Network Governance

摘要：

　　Haze pollution has become a national concern, and it has brought about much environmental pollution.As it is closely related to the survival, development, and daily life of people,it is an urgent task for the government to control it.For now, the Chinese governments haze control faces several problems, including scattered governance subjects, lack of channels for public participation, difficulty of coordinating the interests of different subjects, and the imperfect laws and regulations for haze control.In this context, network governance provides a new comprehensive approach to the governments haze control.In this paper, the study focuses on the application of network governance in local governments haze control behaviors, so as to resolve this serious environmental pollution problem more effectively.
