　　The trans-regional air pollution governance, is based on the externality of the institutional arrangement.The interest coordination is the key to the success of the pollution governance.the interest coordination of air pollution governance has the characteristic of the diversity of body, the complexity of object, and opportunism behavior.According to the experience of Chinas air pollution governance, the governments cooperation pattern is the basic characteristics.In order to realizing the effective governance of the air pollution, it is necessary to perfect the function of regional institutions and organization structure design.The ecological benefit compensation mechanism should be improved, and the mechanism of interest coordination should be innovated and enforced.It is important to build the multivariate benefit comprehensive coordination model.
