Research on Japanese Risk Communication Mechanism of Food Safety--From the Perspective of Social Multi-Governance

　　Food safety risk communication under social co-governance perspective is an information and perspective exchanging process on food safety risk lead by the government and participated by multi-parties.Risk communication of food safety has developed into a social co-governance pattern of multi-subjects by establishing a two-way communication mechanism, risk awareness training mechanism and international cooperation mechanism.However, in the nuclear accident and other emergencies, it still shows the problems of obsolete risk communication methods, lagging risk communication plans, different risk perceptions between experts and the public.On the basis of lessons learned from Japan and the concept of social cohabitation, China should position risk communication body under the pattern of social cohabitation, build diversified information communication platforms, establish a risk communication mechanism for public participation, promote international cooperation in food safety risk communication to improve food safety risk communication level and to play a greater role in food safety supervision.
