Research on the Information Publicity Path of Public Crisis from the Perspective of the Polycentric Governance

　　In the research of public crisis information management, the focus of all social sectors is how to publish public crisis information effectively and how to solve the slowness, falsity andone-sidedness in this process.Combined with related research background and literature review,this paper proposes that the polycentric governance theory is a good perspective.Then this paper analyzes three elements in public crisis information publicity: Government, media and the public.In the end, according to the thinking and route choice of public crisis information publicity based on the polycentric governance theory, this paper concludes that the key for public crisis information publicity is to match government agencys responsibilities and interests, to strengthen the cooperative relationship between government and media and to guarantee the development of citizens groups.
