Research on the Governance Model of Regional Public Issues under the Perspective of Network Governance

　　The traditional hierarchy system has resulted in the isolation of the local government,which cant solve the regional public issues and realize the coordinated development of the local government, So we need to change and innovate the way of regional governance.This paper analyzes the current situation of regional public issues governance in China by using the method of investigation, literature review and comparative analysis.We can see that the current practice face a lots of problems.such as the prevalence of local protectionism and lack of cooperation consciousness;the organization system construction is lagging and the coordinating mechanism is slack; the deficiency of legal and system guarantee and the low efficiency and disorder of operation.Therefore,this paper proposes to reshape the relationship between government, public organization, enterprise,citizens through network governance theory, Creating a network interactive model of regional public issues governance.
