Research on the Construction of the Chinese E-Government Cultural System

摘要：

　　E-Government culture system is the key to make E-Government culture get mature and perform its function of governance.E-Government culture system of China is still imperfect.The construction of E-Government system is seriously prohibited by some factors which include E-Government culture that is still at the early age of its construction, administrative culture with fuzzy innovation direction, the challenge from multi-culture in Chinese society, electronic service that is still in relatively low level and government that is still in the transformation process, etc.Based on the consideration of modernization, its necessary for us to improve and perfect E-Government culture system as soon as possible.The emphases of improving and perfecting E-Government culture system specifically include: Making clear the construction goal and value orientation of E-Government culture,accelerating the process of the innovation of administrative culture and the construction of new organ culture, mirroring and sublating all kinds of culture, carrying forward excellent culture, speeding up the construction of electronic public service and security ability, optimizing the environment and conditions of E-Government culture which is in the transformation process of government.
