Problems and Countermeasures of Government-Led Enterprise Collaborative Innovation--Based on a Survey Conducted in Nanchang

　　The government-led enterprises in Chinas some less developed provinces still have some problems on collaborative innovation.In this paper, taking Jiangxi Province as an example, we focused on eight companies in Nanchang in which 214 employees were surveyed.We take these instruments including in-depth interviews, questionnaires, etc.to find out the existing problems in the collaborative innovation in of the current high-tech industry in Jiangxi Province.We also try to analyze its causes or obstacles which hinder local enterprises collaborative innovation, thus to explore the countermeasures to promote their collaborative innovation in those government-led enterprises.This research showed that the government can provide policy and fiscal support in the collaborative innovation.The government should guide the industry associations and market to improve their collaborative innovative capability.
