A Study on Non-Governmental Organization Participation in Crisis Management

摘要：

　　Non-Governmental Organization in China has become stronger and stronger, which made it a significant driving force to push social management forward.Also, it has gained more and more recognition in its dominant role and function.However, in reality, the crisis management participated by NGO is in a dilemma of poor expertise, imperfect system and inner management.Therefore, this thesis aims at improving the participation effect of non-government organization scientifically and effectively.Based on the relevant theories of public administration existed, and with the help of instance analysis, this thesis studies the difficulties faced by NGO and explores solutions of crisis management of non-government organization.At the same time, this thesis analyzes the crisis management function peculiar to non-government organization, in order to help non-government organization play its strength and circumvent its shortcomings in crisis management and in the future,benefit the society.
