On Promotion of the Ability to Govern Urban Public Emergencies Synergistically in China

　　Along with the rapid advancement of urbanization, various public emergencies have increasingly surged, which has been an important issue to be settled urgently in the emergency management of big and medium cities.Currently, management of urban public emergencies has generally demonstrated the feature of fragmentation.Therefore, it is hard to achieve an effective synergy in the emergency response in aspects like pre-warning, handling, and recovering.In this context, in order to promote the ability to govern urban public emergencies synergistically, the key is to improve the fragmented management of urban public emergency settlement.This is also conducive to the promotion of urban safety and stability and sustainable development.
