On the Multiple Subjects Supply of Public Cultural Services in Rural Areas of Western China

　　With the prosperity of Chinas economy and the guidance of the service-oriented concept in government construction, China has also increased the investment in public cultural services in rural areas and has made certain achievements.In January 2015, the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council jointly issued Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Modem Public Cultural Service System to achieve the cultural development and prosperity and enhance the quality of the whole nation.In rural areas, especially in the underdeveloped rural areas of western China, the public cultural services are still confronted with numerous difficulties and obstacles.Focusing on the supply of the public cultural services in rural areas of western China,the existing problems and difficulties are analyzed.On this basis, several countermeasures are proposed to optimize the design of multiple subjects supply of public cultural services in rural areas of western China.
