Mode and Policy of Integrating Creative and Design Service with Relevant Industries in Developed Countries
As a rising industry, cultural creative industry has demonstrated powerful vitality and huge development space.It plays an irreplaceable role in promoting modem industrial transformation and upgrading and becomes a vital industry for many developed countries and cities to make breakthroughs in industrial economy.Thus, it is the practical requirement of improving national cultural soft power,promoting industrial competitiveness, and achieving new growth in the development of national economy.One of the major tasks and challenges of the 12th five-year plan is to accelerate the in-depth integration of new-type, high-end services like cultural creation and design with the real economy.This can quicken the pace of transforming China from a manufacturing nation to a creative country.Taking the lead in cultural creative industry, developed countries have accumulated rich experience in this field.Thus, their experience is summarized and analyzed to provide references for China, so that the integration of its cultural creativity and design service with relevant industries can be promoted.
