Researching on Evaluation Index System of Quality Talent in the East Lake High-Tech Zone of China

　　In the term of both theory and operation, the basis of talent evaluation is to establish a scientific and rational evaluation index system.Through professionals interview, questionnaire survey and literature review, a four-in-one quality talents evaluation index system is composed which focuses on performance, capability, contribution, potential according to the peculiarity and different category of talents.The method of AHP is used to set and calculate each index weights.The paper attempts to evaluate quality talents objectively and then help to create an ideal environment for talents convergence,attracting more global quality talents to the National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone in China.
