Development Plight and Path of College Student Management in Social Management Innovation Perspective

　　The innovation of college student management is the inevitable trend of the development of colleges.At present, China is still in the transition phase of economic and social change.The management of university students is facing many problems.Since the university management is an important part of social management, there is a commonality between the two.Social management innovation is the Innovative theory of social management, so the administration of college students could use the methods of social management innovation to improve itself.This paper will refer to the ideas, concepts and methods of social management innovation to explore university student management, which is beneficial to improving university management system, establishing the concept of the right, realizing right remedy and strictly regulating the procedure.
