A Research on Unconventional Emergency Decision-Making by the Method of Interval Analytic Hierarchy Process--Based on the7·23 YongWen Line Serious Traffic Accident
Unconventional emergency scenarios are highly irregular, which cannot be predicted by the established rules. So they require real-time, dynamic decision-making.This paper analyzes the shortages of the method of analytic hierarchy process, which was used on unconventional emergency projects, and then makes a further improvement on it to propose an emergency group decision-making method based on interval analytic hierarchy process. After that, Combined with the 7·23 YongWen Line serious traffic accident as an example, we analyzes the accident scene evolution, and using interval analytic hierarchy process method on group decision-making model for emergency decision-making optimization.
