Research on the Problems of University Student Management from the Perspective of Total Quality Management
Total quality management is proposed by the well-known expert Feigenbaum from the United States in the early nineteen sixties.It is based on the traditional quality management, and it has been a highly systemic science and a modem quality management which goes after the development of science and the needs of business management.Our universities currently face with the developments and challenges in the situation at home and abroad, at the same time, the reform of our university education system is in-depth developing.The situation puts forward higher requirements for the managements of university students, and it makes university student managements face a great deal of challenges and difficulties.Analyzing of the existing problems in the managements of university students in our country to total quality management point of view is to be of great benefit to solve these problems.
