Impacts of Medicine Zero Spreads Policy on Hospitals in China
Medicine Zero Spreads is a significant part of national medicine system as well as a significant approach in deepening medical and health mechanism reform in China.Medicine Zero Spreads Policy is to reduce excessive middle circulation links during the process of medicine sales,which can actually lower the virtual-high medicine price.It is well hoped that by carrying out the management way of paying in two ways and selling without added profits in basic-level medical and health institutions could find out a new method for the ordinary who find it quite expensive and difficult to conduct a doctor.However, during the implementation of this new policy, its effect is not as the same as we have expected before, which needs our deep reflection upon this issue.
