An Analysis of the Basic Concepts in Management Science from the Perspective of Information Complex Holographic Person
People are the core element of social organizations; humanity hypothesis is the premise and origin of management theory.Therefore, if the premise and the origin change, management science,even the entire management system should be destructed and adjusted.In other words, management theory, based on Humanity Hypothesis Jungle, will be replaced or destructed by the theory of Complex Holographic Information Person, which is based on Quantum Information Ecosystem Management Law.In China, the connotation of management is not decided, and management is extensive in time and space.The essence of management is doing things.Moreover.Management can be divided into five levels as littoscopic management (meta-management), microscopic management(including self-management), macroscopic management, cosmoscopic management and bulgoscopic management.Management science is a comprehensive discipline studying objects, events and information; its boundaries are fractal; correlations between practices, preciseness and informational attributes are not contradictory.
