An Automatic Defect Detection Platform for Fabric Based on Machine Vision
An automatic real-time platform was developed for fabric defect detection in this paper.It is consisted of four parts: fabric drive system, illumination system, image acquisition and processing system, and human-computer interaction system.Among them, the design of image acquisition and processing system and the algorithm for image processing was discussed in detail.The experiment results show the proposed platform with the proposed detection algorithm performs well.
