The Analysis of Spinning Performance of Xinjiang Machine Picked Cotton and Hand Picked Cotton

　　This article analyzed properties of cotton yarn from different pick types and cotton variety in Xinjiang province.Through comparing analysis of large amounts of data records,determined 5 kinds of cotton variety for spinning, tested different types of cotton yarn by USTER instrument, selected the yarn spinning index for statistical analysis.The results showed that the hand pick cotton yarn produced better properties than the machine pick up cotton yarn, machine pick up cotton has a certain potential.And different types of cotton produced different properties, we can choice different yarn based on our demand.
