Transferring research findings into industry application
One objective of wheat quality research is to solve problems for the milling, baking and food processing industries, and ultimately to benefit consumers.A second objective is to provide these same industries and consumers new and innovative products and ingredients.In this regard, research information flows in both directions-up and down the wheat research-processor-consumer chain.
