摘要：

1.Background The air ventilation in urban area has become one of the most concerns in nowadays.The dispersion of air pollutant not only affects general health issues,but also promotes the spreading of serious respiratory diseases,such as Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) in 2003.People found that dispersion of air pollution is mostly influenced by meteorological factors and buildingarrangement.
