摘要：

Introduction Malachite green (MG),a cationic triphenylmethane chemical,has been widely used in the silk,leather and textile industry and aquaculture.Unfortunately,with resistantance to biodegradation and bioaccumulation in aquatic life,MG is now a matter of concem because of its genotoxicity andcarcinogenicity.
