3D-QSAR Study on Bioconcentration Factors of Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers
Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs)1-3 are a group of new type organic pollutants with significant ecological risk.As flame retardants, they have been increasingly added to industrial products, and thus, resulted in more and more extensive pollution o fair, water, sediment and soil as well as their relevant ecosystems. The bioaccumulation potentials ofpolybrominated biphenyl ethers (PBDEs) are important for predicting chemical residues in organisms, developing environmental quality criteria and standards for protection of human health, and assessing the ecological risks of these chemicals.
