Introduction Recently,antibiotic resistance gene (ARG) has become an increasing concemed issue.It has been spreaded widely in environment,especially in wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs).One reason for ARG spreading is horizontal gene transfer(HGT),which happens between bacterial cellstransferring ARG from one to another.
