Introduction Microbial fuel cell (MFC) is a promising renewable energy device,which can be used to convert chemical energy to electrical energy through microbial catalytic reactions.The start-up of MFC is a process from the microorganisms being inoculated into MFC to the time spot when the reactor canoutput electrical energy steadily.
