Effect of environmental factors on phytoplankton community in Danjiangkou reservoir

　　In order to investigate the effect of environmental factors on the phytoplankton composition of Danjiangkou reservoir.Samples were collected over 1 year to analyze the relationship between environmental factors and phytoplankton community.Ten water quality indicators were detected and eight phyla and 101 species were identified.Canonical correspondence analyses (CCA) were used to analyze the influence of environmental factors on algae community.Nine species were found as the dominant species in the four seasons.Explanatory factors (total phosphorus,total nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen,temperature,nitrite nitrogen,transparency,electrical conductivity) played a significant role in the distribution of algae species.
