Application of discrete entropy theory to design emergency monitoring network for river chemical spills
1.Introduction River chemical spills cause great losses and put serious threat to human health and aquatic ecosystems.Emergency monitoring lays the groundwork for scientific emergency decision making and treatment. It is a critical problem that how to make a sound emergency monitoring plan, including water quality index, site locations and sampling frequency,to accurately tracking pollutant transport objective to the restricted time, manpower, and material resources under uncertainty.Few studies focus on this practical issue systemically.
