1,Introduction Poultry-litter-digested effluent (PLDE) is a type of nutrient-rich wastewater.PLDE contains a high concentration of nitrogen,potassium and some trace elements.These substances can be recycled and utilized by microalgae cultivation.Dunaliella sp.is a strain of green algal rich of highvalue-added product,β-carotene.
