Application of EPC Coating in Large Mold Casting

摘要：

　　According to the characteristics of different sizes and uneven wall thickness of large mold casting,based on the index of heat resistance and air permeability of the EPC coating, two kinds of coatings with different characteristics have been used in compound to meet the actual casting process requirements.At the same time comparative test of brush and flow coating process carried out to form a more reasonable use of coatings.
