Pollution Issues and Solutions for Foundries
There are serious solid waste and air pollution problems in Chinas foundry industry.They have greatly harmed the environment and human health, but pollution control technologies and facilities in most foundries are lagging behind.A simple process is difficult to reach good results.This article describes several practical green and environmental friendly solutions for foundries.By using clean and environmental friendly molding materials, instead of the traditional ones, the casting process would reduce pollution dramatically from the contamination source.Together with zero emission used-sand reclamation process, the environmental protection requirements of the green casting can be achieved.
