Application and Optimization of 3D Printing Technology in the Medical Image Reconstruction
Objective: For complex fractures and deformity lesions,it cannot form intuitive understanding only with CT or MRI images.To solve the above problems,3D printing technology is introduced in the medical image reconstruction in order to improve the accuracy of entity to meet the needs of diagnosis,surgery and treatment.Methods: To use MIMICS software as a tool,fit a three dimensional model by the images of DICOM format,repair the model using MAGIC software,and optimize parameters by the orthogonal experiment to obtain the model with high precision.Results: 3D printing technology copies the virtual digital model by 1:1.After repairing the model is more close to the pathological Structure,which can improve the reliability of the preoperative simulation,steel plate bending and surgical stent making and reduce the risk of surgery.physical model,which can shorten the operation time,reduce the blood loss of the patient,and decrease the risk of infection It has a great signifcance for judgment and preoperative surgical design.
