Application and Thinking of the Technology Management Method in Large Medical Equipment Management
To improve the quality control management of large medical equipment,in this paper,a concrete personalized and standardized scheme for the quality control is established in the system by the technology management method.This newly proposed scheme can make management tasks and development direction explicit,and has preventive and prospective effects in management,thus reducing the misdiagnoses and missed diagnoses,which can give full play to the efficiency of large medical equipment.Technology management is very important in the quality management of the large medical equipment.The optimal medical quality and benefit can be reached if the measures of technology management supplemented by administrative management is adopted as soon as possible in managing large medical equipment in hospitals.
