Electrical Safety Testing of Infant Incubators
Electrical safety testing is an essential part of all powered medicalequipment quality control.In this article,50infant incubators were tested based on the standard of IEC60601-1.Through the complete testing,it can be seen that the main potential safety problems of the infant incubators contain at the deteriorated condition of the power cords and the oxidization of the metal parts of the chassis.As result of the performance of electrical safety testing,the problems with electrical safety concerns of the electrical equipment can be detected and corrected.
