Technology Research for Intelligent Logistics Based GS1 Code Scanning of Medical Consumables Out of and Entering Warehouse in Hospital
Objective: To realize automatic entering and out of warehouse by scanning the barcode of GS1 standard.Methods: Set up the database and anaysis of the barcode,automatically identifying of medical consumables information induce product name,manufacturer,model,specifications,batch number,expiration date,etc.Results: To Abbotts Coronary stent as an example,the product barcode was resolved successfully.It can automatically fill in the product identification include static and dynamic information,to achieve the intelligent storage and delivery.Conclusion: The barcode scanning using in ending and out of warehouse reduces the manpower,improve the efficiency and reduce the rate to less than1/100000,which provides a solid foundation for the traceability and supervision,In view of the important advantages of the barcode scanning of warehouse in the intelligent logistics of medical consumables in the hospital,the use of the proposed extension is recommended.
