Study of deformation characteristics and supporting technique for entries more than 1000m deep
Coal mining is developing into the deeper parts of the mine and the surrounding rocks exhibit the characteristic of high ground pressure with large deformation that is difficult to support.Conventional bolt— mesh—— shotcrete support can hardly control its deformation.Through the analysis of deformation characteristics of surrounding rocks of ——1015m track entry in Kongzhuang Coal Mine, the secondary coupling supporting technique was proposed and the corresponding support scheme was designed.Compared the effect of secondary coupling support technique with the conventional bolt——mesh——shotcrete supporting method on entry convergence and deformation, plastic zone and the maximum principal stress in the surrounding rocks by using the numerical analysis software FLAC3D, the results show that the secondary coupling supporting method can solve the technical problems encountered in entries subjected to high ground pressures. It made the loads of bolts in various position and the stress in the surrounding rocks uniform, achieving the dynamic coupling of supporting structure and surrounding rocks. In addition, the bolts were grouted, making it the full length grouted bolts, strengthening the anchoring effect of the surrounding rocks, thereby achieving the objective of supporting the entries safely and permanently.
