Experimental study on the treatment of rock particles in coal mine water
In mine water drainage, rock particles could easily block the drainage pumps and pipelines, which lead to drainage inefficiency, thereby greatly influencing coal mine benefits. The coagulation and orthogonal experiments were performed with the following four factors and the best results obtained: types of coagulant (PAC、 PFS) and its dosage, dosage of coagulant booster PAM and its dosing time. There are four stages in the preparation of simulated mine water.a 25g rock particles is poured into pure water of 500ml to make simulated mine water. The speeds and time of stirring are 450r/min 3min, 350r/min30s, 120r/min 90s and 60r/min 3min.The coagulant PAC is 7.5mg.The coagulant booster PAM is 0.4rng.The precipitation rate of rock particles is 99.70%.
