Research on floor pre-tension anchorage technique for high stress roadway in deep underground mines

  There are two problems associated with using floor bolting to control floor heave; difficulty in hole drilling and poor anchorage.This paper analyzes the transportation characteristics of drill cuttings during drilling of floor bolt holes.It was found that the interaction among the three-region of cuttings is the key factor that restricts the high-efficiency drilling of floor bolt hole.So the pump suction reverse circulation method was adopted to eliminate the formation of the three-region of cuttings.The pump suction reverse circulation System speeds up the hole drilling.By analyzing the causes that restricts the floor anchorage, a method to reirforce the floor strata that adopts the down-anchoring and up-grouting technique was developed.It employs the large-area and high-strength reinforcement in the floor of roadway to control the floor heaves in high-stress deep mines.
