Characteristics ofwater-inrush aquitard in the floor of inclined coal seam
To predict water-inrush from an inclined coal seam floor, based on the theory of key strata aquitard, a key strata aquitard model for the inclined coal seam floor with the linearly increasing water pressure was established.The stability criterion for the key strata aquitard in inclined seam floor was developed by using the Mohr-Coulomb yield criterion, which was successfully applied to a case study in analyzing the stability of the key strata aquitard of an inclined coal seam floor.The research achievements can provide an important theoretical basis to determine water-inrush from an inclined coal seam floor when mining above the confined aquifers.
