Gas flow characteristics in the caving and fractured zones and underground experiment

摘要：

　　Extracting the gas in the fractured zone with the directional horizontal long holes is one of the main methods for coal gas extraction.This paper first summarizes the caving and fractured zones height, followed by presentation of the permeability tensor describing the gas flow characteristics and its methods of determination by underground gas extracting experiments.Finally experiments were performed at Sihe coal mine to obtain a set of permeability data.
