Strata control effect and mechanism of coordinately mining mixed with backfilling and keeping technology

A similar material simulation was conducted to further study the strata control effect by the coordinately mining mixed with backfilling and keeping technology (MBK).This paper takes the No.9 and No.12 inclined medium-thickness coal seams in Kailuan mining area as the research object, and a study of the surface movement deformation and the rock control effect by the technology of the coordinately interval and total wider strip mining and the MBK technology is conducted. The results show that the subsidence coefficient is 0.64 by No.9 coal seam mining with the coordinately interval and total wider strip mining technology. And using the MBK technology to extracted the No.12 based on the mining of No.9 coal seam, the subsidence coefficient is only 0.16.The development height of the strata fractured zone along the normal direction is 32.1 times of the mining thickness using the full mining. However it is only 6.3 times using the MBK technology. The data show that the combined supporting body formed by filling bodies and coal pillars could inhibit the collapse of the overburden efficiently and cut off the communication of the mine gob.The MBK technology has a good control effect to the overburden movement. And finally it reaches the goal of decrease the ground movement deformation and the strata damage. The results of the study are reliable, and it could provide the basis for the mining under buildings, railways and water bodies on the similar conditions.
