Key technology and application of 3D modeling in coal mines
This paper presents our research on the general principle & key technology for 3D mine surface and underground integrated modeling.We create mine surface plants models based on TIN and our classification method; 3D geological model was constituted by GTP models; 3D laneway model established by placing the laneway section on the roof 2D double line which generated through center line, meanwhile the center line can be used in path roaming analysis.Above research achievements have been applied in the large-scale real 3D modeling software GeoMS3D developed by the research group through many years of effort.The practical application indicates that the combine of TIN and classification method can satisfy the different applications correctly, the use of GTP modeling enhanced the robustness of complex geological models, the method of placing the laneway section on the roof2D double line create more accurate laneway models within a short time.
