Ortho-rectification method of space-borne SAR image based on compensated DSM
Some rugged surface features (such as housing, etc.) are distorted in the process of SAR image ortho-rectification based on Digital Surface Model (DSM) produced by optical remote sensing images without being edited.A new method of automatic compensated DSM is proposed in this paper.Firstly, it needs to eliminate the anomalous points of DSM produced by optical remote sensing images based on the global SRTM of 30 meters grid. And then, median filtering method is adopted to improve the smoothing, in order to eliminate the partial anomalous points.Compensated DSM is used for ortho-rectification of China SAR image of YG-13.The experimental results indicate that the method proposed in this paper can be utilized to eliminate the phenomenon of distortion in the space-borne SAR orthoimage. The feasibility of the method is demonstrated.
