Design of Regional Integrated Protectic n Hardware Platform and Software Platform

  Regional integrated protection based on regional communication network with security, reliability and real time,protects the obtained regional power grid data who has sampling synchronous, high real-time characteristics, and completes the function of its regional protection.By analyzing the demands of integrated protection in terms of data processing, data computing,high-speed communication, reliability, etc, it proposes a hardware platform architecture based on that multi-core processor as the core processor, Multi-CPU data sharing, and task division mode,introduces the working mechanism and function of the CPU plug-in, the dual power dynamic redundancy technology used in hardware platform structure, and supply scheme of power mutual backup with zero delay.In order to meet the technical requirements of the control in process of regional integrated protection design, the operation state can be monitored and the fault fast positioning, it presents the hardware driver platform,protection design platform, protection software platform of simulation platform in layered isolation mode, describes the multi protection module with dynamic loading technique and protection function module with dynamic redundancy technique of software platform.It describes the multi protection module dynamic loading technology of software platform, and the dynamic redundancy technology of protection functional modules.It quantifiably analyzes the delay and data carrying capacity of the interactive regional grid dataset which based on Gigabit Ethernet fiber channel, and preliminarily validates the feasibility of the design scheme of the hardware and software platform.
