An Under-voltage and Under-frequency Load Shedding Scheme Based on State Space Graph
Under-voltage and under-frequency load shedding(UVUFLS) are two common emergency control approaches to ensure the voltage stability and the frequency stability in power systems.Because the under-voltage and under-frequency phenomena are often coupled with each other in practice, single scheme for only one situation is not capable of resolving both frequency and voltage problems at the same time.Therefore, a coordinated load shedding scheme based on state space graph is proposed in this paper.State space graph is used to describe the sates of real power system based on state definition.One searching method is applied to reduce the complexity of the algorithm.The offline and online optimization algorithm are both put forward.Based on MatLab power simulink, our algorithms are verified, the comparison graphs are shown in this paper, they are applied in UVUFLS devices.It is verified that this method based on state space graph is valid.
