Application of Stability Control System in AC-DC Hybrid Power Grid
The stability control system to maintain the stability of the AC-DC hybrid grid in case any serious fault occurs is introduced, which consists of two identical subsystems: System A and System B.The two subsystems run in parallel, so that the function of the whole system is not affected if one subsystem is out of service in case of maintenance or upgrade etc.The main function of master station is to judge system status, execute control measure in case any fault occurs.The control measures such as generator tripping, load shedding,reactor cutting, switching controllable shunt reactor are introduced.The measures to enhance the reliability of the system are also introduced, such as double sampling, multiple check of communication between stations, information exchange between System A and System B.
