Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation on Wind Farm Based on Changeable Weight AHP Considering Technical and Economic Factors
Adequate technical and economic analysis on a wind farm project have a direct impact on operation benefits, ability to save money, improvement of power quality, optimization of allocation of electric power, and promotion of regional economy development in the future.Based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) algorithm, this paper presents a comprehensively quantitative assessment method of wind farm projects considering technical and economic factors. This method firstly gives a series of factors both from technical and economic point of view, then get the subjective weights by AHP.Next, subjective weights obtained are corrected to form a synthetic changeable weights, and finally make a reasonable assessment on wind farm projects using fuzzy synthetic evaluation.Examples show that the method can objectively reflect the feasibility of wind power projects, and it is significant to reduce subjectivity and blindness in investment decision-making process, improve investment efficiency, reduce investment risk, and optimize the allocation of resources.
