Analysis and Research on 500kV Bus Power Imbalance in Dispatching End UHV near Zone

  As a result of long distance of UHV AC transmission power transmission and fluctuations of lie-line power, large fluctuations exist in UTHV near zone 500kV trend line, which seriously affects the calculation and assessment of bus efficiency in smart grid dispatching end.In order to enhance the quality of the station fundamental data, eliminate the negative impact from data generated which is produced by all delivery aspects, through the analysis and research on sending the remote measurement acquisition principle, we found that measurement accuracy and telemetry sent out of sync are main reasons for bus Power imbalance in dispatching end.Combining with the current technology situation, considering both synchronous and reliability of telemetry data, it describes the basic ideas and implementation process of the two schemes, and points out the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme at the same time.For the traditional substation, it puts forward the measurement and control device and I district data communication network shutdown reconstruction scheme based on GPS synchronization acquisition and sent, the measurement and control device accepts GPS signal, sends the change telemetry data and the important whole second telemetry data, I district data communication gateway supports the important telemetry packets sent, sends important whole second telemetry data under normal circumstances, sends change telemetry data when the measurement and control device is abnormal or the synchronization is abnormal.So, important telemetry is fully synchronized under normal circumstances, while data from abnormal measurement and control device can also be effectively reflected in the dispatching end.For new generation of smart substation, it raises a synchronous acquisition implementation based on cluster measurement and control device, the cluster measurement and control device accept all intervals SV message from the same bin, which can ensure bos power calculations and be sent at the same time regardless of change trigger mode or whole second trigger mode.Finally, it takes the UHV substation as a simulation modal, the 500kV bus telemetry values as the basic data, finishes the bus imbalance simulation to verify the effectiveness of the scheme.
