City-county Unified EMS System Solutions and Comparison
With the continuous expansion of the scale of power grids, and change of operation and management mode, grid management departments faced unified construction and maintenance needs at all levels of dispatching automation system, the concept of city-county unified EMS system along with it are proposed.In the past, county and city EMS system are constructed independently, there are problems such as high cost of hardware,duplicated maintenance, difficulties in information sharing.City-county unified EMS system was put forward to solve the above problems, realized unified maintenance, unified use purposes.This paper introduces four solutions: remote workstation solution, distributed acquisition single site solution, distributed acquisition multi-site solution, and lightweight remote terminal solution, suitable occasion of each solution and the advantages/disadvantages are described, in order to provide reference for the construction of EMS system.
