Research for the Quality Assessment of Electric Power SCADA Based on the State Estimation

  Smart grid operation needs panoramic monitoring data, maintenance of smart grid massive heterogeneous and muff-state data during the operation, namely the Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) data, are generated.At present, how to monitor and assess the SCADA data quality efficiently and rapidly are important research topics.Firstly, a quality assessment system of SCADA data are built, including bus power balance, ac line-end power balance, transformer power balance and bus voltage fluctuation.Secondly, based on the quality assessment system, a new way of real-time status monitor based on the real-time and history results of the state estimation have been studied.Finally, the new way of real-time status monitoring are verified by the engineering practice.Results shows that the method is able to locating the abnormal analog and point measurement exactly, which verified the effectiveness of the new method.
