　　In recent years, a series of large blackouts abroad showed lack of information at all levels of perception between the dispatch center is a key factor of causing accidents grid expansion.This requires wide-area distributed intelligence alarm technology research, establish a distributed fault alarm among multi-level dispatch center and real-time push mechanism to achieve grid disturbance one-point alarm, multi-point response.Multi-level dispatch center distributed intelligence alarms from the substation,substation centralized monitoring centers and the master dispatch centers.Due to the professional requirements of equipment monitoring services, substation centralized monitoring center system acquisition and device status associated with a large number of signals, including protection action signal, power line fault diagnosis is a more appropriate way to implement in the substation centralized monitoring center.Therefore, the establishment of the substation-substation centralized monitoring center the dispatch center multi-level distributed power fault alarm is the trend line fault diagnosis.
